Supply statement from the State of Connecticut advising of the delivery of blankets to the Continental Soldiers in Danbury who were under the command of Col. Samuel B. Webb. Webb was a British Prisoner of War for a period of time early on in the Revolutionary War. He was very well respected by Gen. George Washington and Webb served as Washington's Aide-De-Camp for a period in the war as well.
